A traumatic moment is defined as a deeply distressing or disturbing experience. When traumatic moments occur in the lives of others, we often feel a tug at our own hearts telling us to do something. Some of us are inclined to pray, volunteer, or give. But alongside these noble responses can also come less honorable emotional reactions.
